Halley is part of Team Galactic Youth, Team Galactic's genious new underground program to secretly recruit new members. Halley is the brightest and most promising member in the program. Unfortunately, that also comes along with a cocky attitude and extreme dislike of losing. She expects to excel and will by any means possible.

Clefable

Gender: Female
Ability: Magic Guard - The Pokémon only takes damage from attacks.

Attacks:
Psychic - A powerful psychic attack that may lower SP. DEF.
Flamethrower - A powerful fire attack that may inflict a burn.
Sing - A soothing song lulls the foe into a deep slumber.
Moonlight - Restores HP. The amount varies with the weather.

About:
Clefable was Halley's first Pokémon and is the most loyal. Clefable happily goes along with whatever Halley wants to do, even if it's for evil.



Togekiss

Gender: Male
Ability: Serene Grace - Boosts the likelihood of added effects appearing.

Attacks:
Roost - Restores half of max HP
Air Slash - May cause opponent to flinch
Flamethrower - A powerful fire attack that may inflict a burn.
Aura Sphere - Cannot miss.

About:
Togekiss is pushy and likes to be out in battle first. He is Halley's transport out on the field and is very protective of her.



Gengar

Gender: Male
Ability: Levitate - Gives full immunity to all Ground-type moves.

Attacks:
Shadow Ball - Hurls a black blob that may lower the foe's SP. DEF.
Hypnosis - A hypnotizing move that may induce sleep.
Dream Eater - Takes one half the damage inflicted on a sleeping foe.
Swagger - Confuses the foe, but also sharply raises ATTACK.

About:
Gengar is strage and reserved. Halley has found him outside of his Pokéball watching Japanese horror movies alone in the dark.


Zuruzukin

Gender: Male
Ability: Shed Skin - Has a 30% chance of curing any major status ailment after each turn.

Attacks:
Head Smash - User takes recoil damage
Torment - Torments the foe and stops successive use of a move.
Ice Punch - An icy punch that may freeze the foe.
Rest - The user sleeps for 2 turns, restoring HP and status.

About:
Zurukin made you get that tattoo you regret. He encourages you to smoke cigarettes and cut class. He is a badass. BFFs with Gengar.


Erufuun

Gender: Female
Ability: Mischievous Heart - Non-attacking moves have a higher speed priority.

Attacks:
Cotton Guard - It surrounds its body with fluffy wool to protect itself. It sharply raises its Defence.
Stun Spore - Scatters a powder that may paralyze the foe.
Fake Tears - Feigns crying to sharply lower the foe's SP. DEF.
Solarbeam - Absorbs light in one turn, then attacks next turn.


About:
Erufuun pretends to be really shy and hides, but in battle she uses her perceived weakness to her advantage. She loves Hello Kitty, chocolate cake and makeovers.


Mareep

Gender: Female
Ability: Static - The opponent has a 30% chance of being induced with PARALYZE when using an attack, that requires physical contact, against this Pokémon.

Attacks:
Growl - Growls cutely to reduce the foe's ATTACK.
Cotton Spore - Spores cling to the foe, sharply reducing SPEED.
Thunder Wave - A weak jolt of electricity that paralyzes the foe.
Wild Bolt - It covers itself in electricity and crashes into the opponent. It also takes a little damage.


About:
Mareep is the newest addition to Halley's team. She has a lot of spunk, but still has a lot to learn. Halley's Gengar and Zuruzukin frighten her.
